Trulab Peptides Affiliate Program

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Trulab Peptides Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Own and operate a valid website, blog, or social media presence
• Agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commission & Payout

• Affiliates will earn a commission of 15% promo code for each successful sale generated through their referral link.
• Commission is based on the net sale amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds).
• Payouts are made monthly via [PayPal/bank transfer/etc.] once the minimum threshold of $50 is reached.

3. Referral Tracking

• The Program uses cookies to track referrals. The default cookie duration is 30 days.
• Sales must be completed through a tracked referral link to qualify for commission.

4. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote links
• Mislead users with false claims or pricing
• Use PPC (Pay Per Click) ads targeting branded keywords (e.g., “Trulab Peptides”)
• Promote on adult or illegal content websites
• Impersonate Trulab Peptides or falsely represent our brand

Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

5. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in posts or promotions
• Use only approved marketing materials or content provided by Trulab Peptides
• Respect our intellectual property and trademarks

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for:

• Inactivity over 90 days
• Breach of this Agreement
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

7. Modification of Terms

Trulab Peptides reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trulab Peptides is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State, e.g., Texas], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
