How to Make a Nasal Spray
Reconstitution and Spray Calculation for a (5 mL Spray Bottle)

- Your 3ml peptide vial
- Your empty nasal spray bottle (5ml)
- .9% Saline
- A syringe large enough to move the liquid (a 1ml 3ml or 5ml syringe with a drawing needle works best)
- Alcohol prep pads
Prep: Wipe the rubber stopper of your peptide vial, your water vial, and the rim of your open spray bottle with an alcohol pad.
First Reconstitution: Draw water into your syringe and slowly inject it into the 3ml peptide vial. Aim for the glass wall of the vial so the water cascades down gently into the powder.
Dissolve: Roll the vial gently between your fingers until the powder is completely dissolved and clear. Do not shake it.
Transfer: Transfer entire volume of liquid back into nasal spray kit.
Final Mix: Screw the pump top onto your nasal spray bottle tightly. Give the bottle a gentle swirl to mix the peptide solution.
- Unreconstituted (Powdered Vial): Store at room temperature (cool, dry, dark) for up to 2 months or freeze at -20°C for 6–12 months.
- Reconstituted Solution (in Spray Bottle): Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use within 60 days. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
- Total Volume: 5ml
- Spray Output: 0.1 mL/spray (standard metered pump)
- Total Sprays: 5mL ÷ 0.1 mL/spray = 50 sprays
When you first put the pump on, the straw is empty. You need to pull the liquid up into the mechanism before you get a full dose.
- Hold the bottle upright.
- Point the nozzle away from your face (into the air, a sink, or a tissue).
- Press down firmly and fully on the pump.
- Repeat this 3 to 6 times until you see a consistent, fine mist spray out.
Note: Priming does expel a tiny bit of your peptide, so if you do the math and expect exactly 50 sprays (5ml / 0.1ml), you might actually end up with 47 or 48 usable sprays.
