Trulab Peptides can be challenging for payment processors due to industry regulations, and we occasionally experience issues with transactions. If you encounter any problems during checkout, please email us at hello@trulabpeptides.com for assistance.

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-14 business days from receipt of item.

We’re here to help resolve it quickly. We currently accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Link for seamless payments. We also support Zelle for direct transfers. Please be aware that accepted payment methods may change in the future based on processor availability.
